If you are a participant in the financial markets, you might want to listen to the experience of Joe Hart. Joe is an executive with one of the world largest financial institutions and has made a career of speaking on the topic of investors and investor behavior in the face of risk.
But I don’t recommend you listening to Joe based on his expertise, but on his experience - specifically, his experience on a cold day in January 2009.
